Dr. David S. Jarava is a board-certified gastroenterologist born and raised in the Chicago Area. He did his residency at the University of Virginia and his GI fellowship at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Jarava is passionate about patient care and enjoys the clinical side of practicing medicine as well as the procedural side of colonoscopies and endoscopies. He finds getting to the root cause of someone’s ailments and helping them regain better health very rewarding. A large part of Dr. Jarava’s practice is concentrated on colorectal cancer screening, acid reflux, and inflammatory bowel disease.
